First visit? We Make It Easy

We know some of you feel anxious to visit dentists. Let us put your anxieties to rest. We will make sure that your visit is quick and as easy as going to the grocery store!

What to Bring

To make your visit as pleasant and brief as possible, there are a few things you should bring with you.

  1. If you’ve had dental x-rays in the last six months, please bring them to your first appointment, if possible.  If you don’t have them or not able to get them from your previous dentist, don’t worry, we will take new ones.
  2. List of all medications you are taking. This is important as our treatment plan may change based on this.
  3. Your dental insurance cards/details

That’s it!!  We don’t even ask you to print and fill any forms before you visit. We have simple forms that allows us to get the necessary information from you during the checkup. Isn’t that wonderful?

What to Expect

Dr. Pai will perform a thorough oral examination and discuss any treatment you may need. The examination is necessary to identify tooth decay, gum disease. She will also perform oral cancer screening.

We may do teeth cleaning during your first visit, or it might be scheduled for a follow-up visit depending on the condition of your teeth and gums.

Your first appointment could take between 1–1½ hours, so plan accordingly. If you decide to go ahead with the treatment, depending on the treatment, you may not be able to eat for some time. So don’t plan on coming to appointment hungry!!

Patients under the age of 18, please bring a parent with you.
