After your appointment, we will gladly submit your claim to your insurance company. If you have a deductible or a co-pay due for services provided, those fees are due at the time of service. We will provide you with a complete estimate before any treatment is done, and we will make every effort to maximize your dental benefits. However, please understand that each employer designs their own dental plan and insurance company has final authority on what they pay and what patient has to pay. You can contact your employer or insurance company for more detailed information.
Cash Payments
For services not covered or not submitted to insurance or for co-pay/deductibles, we accept cash, check or major credit cards.
